How to Save Lives with Naloxone
Virtual Zoom training the THIRD Thursday of every month at 6:30 P.M.
FREE TRAINING
Following training, participants receive a kit by mail.
Naloxone is a prescription medicine that reverses an overdose by blocking heroin or other opioids in the nervous system for 30-90 minutes. Naloxone is administered by injection or intranasal.

Alzheimer's Disease Support Group
​
Town of Highlands Senior Advisory Council will be initiating a support group for those living with and/or affected by the Alzheimer's disease.
Alzheimer's disease is a progressive disease that destroys memory and other mental functions that experts suggest more than 6 million Americans, most of them age 65 or older may have. Alzheimer's is currently ranked as the seventh leading cause of death in the United States.
There will be two information sessions at The Center:
11:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. and 5:30 P.M. - 6:30 P.M.
(need only to attend one)
The community is invited to attend.
